Before we commit to a coaching relationship we will meet for an hour to get to know each other and to determine whether we both believe that a sustained coaching relationship would be helpful to you.
During this first meeting I answer questions about the coaching process and we mutually agree on some goals to work on together.
If we decide that my coaching you would be mutually enjoyable and productive, we will make a commitment to work together--preferably for six or twelve months. Given the constraints on my time I will give priority to those potential clients that are willing to make a long-term (1-year) commitment to the coaching process over those who are not able or willing to do so. I am willing to work on a more short term basis (3 months) but may not be able to fit such clients in.
